VICE PRESIDENT (OIL / GAS / MARINE INDUSTRY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively account managed local and overseas customers to ensure revenue assurance
- Actively identifying target market segment, identify potential new clients and developing new accounts for the Company
- Meet and manage sales targets and enhance revenue growth
- Positively lead and motivate team members to achieve individual and business goals
- Managing P&L to ensure on-target sales
- Actively engage in utilizing company best practices to increase efficiency and profit margins
- Translate market trends and customer needs into actionable goals that create competitive advantage
- Conceptualise, develop and execute both short-term and mid-term business strategies and operating objectives to contribute to the business growth targets
- Develop and implement long-term Sales strategies that are geared toward developing greater market share and profitability
- Drive all business development initiatives including market research & intelligence, identification of market and partnership opportunities, as well as marketing activities
Key Requirements
The ideal incumbent should have the following experiences & qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
- Min. 10 years operations in the oil / gas or marine industry
- The ideal incumbent is likely to be someone who has a broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong networks across the region
- Established track records in leading both market planning and business development initiatives
- Dynamic self-starter who is versatile and has sound business judgment
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills
- Regional travelling is required
- Possess Class 3 driving licence and own a car
- Singaporean or PRs are welcome to apply
